	Company Information FOUNDATION Co. was founded in Taipei, Taiwan in 1985 by a group of chemical specialists. At first, the founding father based on polyester film was difficult to be painted, and the colored PET film was in great request at that time. In addition, the printing quality was also not qualified; therefore, the first PET special dye-works Top Color Film Ltd. was established under this situation. Since Top Color Film Ltd. found, the colored PET film was wildly used all over the relative fields and business. It was not only becoming more and more popular, but also raising our sales turnover because of its excellent quality. Due to solar window film was very popular in the field of automobile all over the world, consequently, our products transaction were growing with each passing day; therefore, to adapt the increasing transactions and market demands in advance that we were extend our factory and aggrandize equipment in Taoyuan. For the present, we own integrated operation equipment for dyeing, printing coating, paste and sort, etc. and we achieved the international standard and scale.
